High distinction of the NTUA alumnus Prof. George Kardomateas

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has honored George Kardomateas, Professor in the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, with the Spirit of St. Louis Medal for exemplary work in the progress of aeronautics and astronautics.

George Kardomateas received his Diploma degree in 1981 from the School of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens.
