Greg Stephanopoulos (MIT), alumnus and Doctor h.c. of NTUA, elected to the US NAS

MIT Professor Gregory Stephanopoulos was elected member of the National Academy of Sciences of the USA.

Greg is an alumnus (1973) and Doctor honoris causa (2016) of the National Technical University of Athens, School of Chemical Engineering.

Our warmest congratulations to Greg on this great distinction, which reflects on his students and collaborators, among them some NTUA graduates and researchers. Besides being proud of Greg, we are indebted to him for keeping strong ties with his alma mater.
